You can be playing any type of texas holdem poker, free online poker or money, and you've got A-10 with a board of 8-6-Q-3-2 at the river.
What do you think opponent might have? It may be Q-x, 7-6 or something.
However, notice the board: It contains no opportunities for Straights to form. So you can figure out that if your opponent called (just called) your last two bets which are bluffs, then you can put him on a Straight draw (possibly 9-7 or 10-9).
Now you want your opponent to believe that you have a Queen, but you feel that you have the best hand (and let us assume that you really do have the best hand). Let us add that you won't call a bet, because you have nothing, and you won't raise a bettor. Should you check or bet?
Let's examine how each approach might turn out. You act first and check. If you just check, are you quite sure that your opponent will reveal his busted Straight draw? No.
If he has a hand as good as J-8 or 9-6 expect a showdown. But if your opponent missed his draws, then he will try to save himself the embarrassment of being a draw-chaser by bluffing, and you will fold.
He won't check Nine-high or Ten-high, of course. Expect a small bet which you won't call.
If he moves first checks, and then you check, you do so in the belief that your Ace-high is the better hand. However, revealing Ace-high will cement your reputation as a bluffer, and if you repeat bluffing later, others will be running you down with less than premium hands, such as second top Pair or even a small pocket Pair. So you get a short term chip gain now but at the expense of hurting your overall game strategy style.
Now suppose you are first to act, and you bet. Because your opponent has a busted draw, do not expect that he will call. You still win the pot. Furthermore, because the hand ended before you show down your hole cards, then your opponent will be left guessing as to what your hand really was.
This is the position you want to put your opponent in - he has a lot of guesswork to do, and his brain will be muddled as to what you are holding and as to what you may be holding if you repeat your bluffing later.
Even someone with 9-8 may fold. Why? Because you played strongly in the Flop and the Turn - and still in the river. Your opponent might put you on the Queen or on an overpair or eve J-J; in either case, he thinks his second top Pair is beat.
If your opponent checks, and you bet, it is almost the same as if you are first to act, and you bet.
Bluffing with the best hand is nearly a contradiction in terms: you bluff only if you make better hands fold. But, in this case, it may be better to make anybody else fold - best hand or worst hand - so as to preserve your unreadability which will pay off later.

Play Poker Online Free And Slow Play Your Way To Bigger Wins
It's one of those uncommon instances, it can happen when you play poker online for free games and high stakes alike, when you have J-9, for example, and you flop J-J-9.
River comes a 2. One last time you check and the opposition places a large bet, maybe even moves all-in, then you call. At last you show your monster J-9 versus their say, 9-7.
Typically with good made hands (such as AK in a flop of A,10,3) we will bet aggressive in the hope that the opposition will think it's a bluff and play back. Or we hope they'll place us on a draw and call us, or they've got a quality showdown hand that's not good enough for our hand and then call us. Or they're not confident enough to call with their draw (say, KQ) and so fold.
Yet with powerful made hands, in particular at the Flop, such as in the J,9 example, you are able to slow play. That is to say, we play passively on the hope that our opponent will bet strongly so we can take away most of their chips.
Note that with a J-9 in the J-J-9 Flop, our checks may mean, that we may not have anything, or we may have just a draw (say, Q-10) so that they will bet on the hope that they will drive out our draw. They can't. Our hand is like an erect statue already that is nearly impossible to demolish. The 9-7 our opponent has is decent enough to take to showdown.
But with the above, what we really want our opponent to have is the Q-10. Our check may mean that we may have nothing so that they may check along with us or semi-bluff with the open-end Straight draw. We just call.
Why wouldn't we do the same with, say, A-J? Because with A-J, we have only Trips, and we do not want to give our opponent free cards to complete a Straight that can kill off our Trips. So we bet big, or raise big, and hope that the opponent folds, or at least put your opponent in the awkward situation of calling without sufficient pot odds.
But with J-9, we can just play it slowly. Since if the opponent gets his Straight, then he's going to bet large and you can raise him. And it escalates to all-ins and calls and in a jiffy all or most of his chips are yours!
If your opponent didn't hit his Straight, however, your slow play might mean to him that you're the one on a draw, and you are playing passively because you are waiting for the right cards to fall. Nope! The right cards have already fallen! He will bluff, and you can take away all you can. Or he may just be in the proper mood to bluff with any hand (say, K-9 or eve A-K) and you can take his chips.
So, with very big hands that are nearly impossible to beat, we should play it slowly because you want your opponents hand to improve into a nearly-matched hand. If he hits his Straight, for example. Should you raise them he might get scared off and not complete the Straight, and you'll get less chips than if you'd played slow.
Or with 9-7, he may hit an additional Nine, thus giving him a smaller Full House. Another reason is that if your opponent is in such a mood to bluff that he is willing to bluff all the way, even with nothing, then you can strip off his chips, so give him that chance to bluff.

Free Online Poker Guide To Bluffing With The Best Hand In The River
You can be playing any type of poker, free poker online or money, and you've got A-10 with a board of 8-6-Q-3-2 at the river. What hands do you expect your opponent to have? It might be 7-6, Q,x or something.
And lets say that you're not going to call a bet as you have not got anything, and you won't raise a bettor. Should you check or bet?
Let us see the differences between the outcomes of these two actions. Suppose you are first to act, and you just check. If you do that are you sure he will show his busted Straight draw? No.
If he has a hand as good as J-8 or 9-6 expect a showdown. But if your opponent missed his draws, then he will try to save himself the embarrassment of being a draw-chaser by bluffing, and you will fold.

If he moves first checks, and then you check, you do so in the belief that your Ace-high is the better hand. The problem though is that to show the Ace-high confirms you as a bluffer which can cause problems later as others will note this and look to run you down with hands like small pocket pairs. So you gain chips now, but at the cost of cramping your aggressive (maybe loose-aggressive) style.
Now suppose you are first to act, and you bet. Because your opponent has a busted draw, do not expect that he will call. You still win the pot. Furthermore, because the hand ended before you show down your hole cards, then your opponent will be left guessing as to what your hand really was.

Successful Free Poker Online Semi Bluffing Guide
This free poker games guide is all about how to use the semi bluff.
One question you may be asking at this point is what a semi bluff is. Well, if you have a hand with no power at all but you bluff then that is a full, or stone cold bluff. If you have a hand where there is some sort of potential..maybe later...and you play it then this is a semi-bluff.
For example, when you have a hand like Ad-Kd at a board of 6h-7h-8s-10h and you bet large or raise your opponent?s bet large, you are executing a pure bluff.
This is because your hand did not improve in the Flop and weakened on the Turn. But if you manage to get the other player on a weaker hand such as A-Q or even a draw like A-J then you might be able to take him out by placing a big bet. This big bluff is the only chance you have should you choose to go for it rather than fold. If your bluff is called then your going to go down.
Now lets say you have 7-6 and the Flop shows 5-4-J. The other player checks. You figure out that your opponent may have a raggedy Jack in there, so you check. Your intention is to fold if your hand does not improve and/or if he plays aggressive, but your primary reason for checking is to catch a 3 or 8 and nail the opposing A-J, K-J or 9-9 later on.
But what is he checks and you bet? Betting in this situation serves two purposes. Increasing the pot if you manage to improve to your Straight is one. Two is to kick your opponent out. If he has nothing well, naturally, he shall move out. (With 9-9 he may move out.)
But what if he has the Jack? If he had a weak Jack (say, J-8) he may put you on a bigger Jack, say, A-J, or K-J and he may move out. Because you bet (or raise) it indicates that your pocket cards somehow fit the community cards.
Now, he may call, and you proceed to the Turn and the River. You figure out now he may have A-J or K-J. Or he may continue with 9-9.
If your hand doesn't improve yet on the later rounds then you can pure-bluff your opponent all the way or stop.
If you hit your straight though, what then? Then there is a possibility that he was putting you on a weaker Jack after the Flop (like J-8) and he may even raise with A-J or K-J. He has no idea that the Straight was completed!
He does not realize at all that the 3 or 8 made it for you. You can now crush your opponent. This is the semi part.
Now there are two ways for you to win: Win by the bluff where he folds and you get the pot. Or by the semi bluff where you both go to showdown and you win a bigger pot.
Also, you can check and check until you complete the Straight, but you show your opponent your hand. The next time he will play with you, he might be scared if a similar situation arises.
If you semi-bluff, however, you still show your opponent if he decides to continue, but additionally, you can make your opponent fold so he cannot guess what you have.
Overall lesson? You can be more unpredictable with semi-bluffing so get practising! And what better place to play poker online free than http://www.NoPayPOKER.com where you don't have the fear of losing money like you do at on money sites or live tables yet you can still win real cash on risk free free poker games.

Play Free Poker And Win Money From Every Player On Your Table
In this article I'd like to share my core free online poker tips with you. You will learn about how players have different play styles and how you can combat each type and then go on to you position at the poker table and how you play each position.
Different kinds of Players
The Call Station.
These players likes to see a flop doesn't bet or raise he only calls or checks until the river that is why they are labelled as Call Station. Play a normal game with decent hands and you'll get money out of them, just one exception, no bluffing as they will, as the saying goes, call your bluff! Another name for the calling station is Loose-Passive.
Rocks.
The rock is a simple, careful player who does not want to play any more hands than necessary and so only plays strong hands.
This player can easily be bluffed. This players favorite action is folding or calling if he has a premium hand. If a risk calls your bluff respect the call as he won't be counter bluffing you. The risk is also known as Tight-Passive.
The Maniacs.
These players are the ones who bet and raise all the time and love to bluff a lot. They'll frequently move all-in preflop with no fear. The maniac is to be found on many free poker online and micro stakes sites. Only call a maniac if you have a premium hand. Don't bluff them as they'll counter you right back with no hesitation. Maniacs are also called as Loose-Aggressive.
The Solid Player.
These players are sometimes be called the professional players. They understand poker inside out and know a lot of tactics for all occasions and will be trying as hard as you to identify your play style. They can sense any poor bluff and will move all in on it and they know when to fold and get out. They don't play on luck or for fun, they play strategically and understand probability. The Solid player is also called a Tight-Aggressive.
Position
Position is often the key to getting the most of poker. If you don't know how to play by position then you are playing poker blindly. An QK might look great to call however its really not too good if you're the first to act and the other players are awaiting your action.
Early Position.
This position describes the first player to act ahead of the flop. This position follows the blinds.
There 2 early positions in a table of 10 players. In this position you are at a great disadvantage to other players due to not enough information on the table. It's always best to be tight in this position and raise with only good hands such as AA, KK, QQ, AK and fold anything else. Why? As you lack information on the other players and calling a lot of hands would risk you putting all your chips into the pot. Always raise.
Middle Position.
There are 3 middle positions in a 10 player table. In middle position you will have a little understanding on the other players.
It's always best to play at least semi loose but still be mindful as there are still other players waiting in line. Hands that can be played in this position are 88 to AA and suited connector cards like 89 diamonds. Make sure to know when you are beat at the flop and fold your hand. Re-raise only if you think that you have the best hand.
Late Position.
Usually this position is the most advantageous. Why? As you have maximum information on the other players. You are able to play many cards in this position if the pot hasn't been raised.
Call with unsuited or suited connectors, suited cards, small pairs like 22, 33, 44 and practically any card as long as you know what the other players are like. This is when bluffs are likely to be successful.
For a great free poker lesson on playable cards and position see the D M Vadnais series, "Building Your Bankroll" also on NoPayPOKER, it's brilliant.

Surrey Removals Helps In Dealing With Saddness By Writing Over The Agony
Confronting the challenges we face daily in life is never easy.Different people have different ways of dealing with these situations. While some people prefer to be by loved ones; most prefer moving away for a while so as to have a quiet time to reflect better.During movement, Surrey removals provides you with all the comfort you can ever think of.three years in the past, When i started authoring a fiction for tweens, Belle in the Slouch Hat. This is a story about a young girl whose ambition is revenge after herl brother had been killed in the Civil War. I purposely started the tale for my grandchildren; and I needed something to fill an emptiness within me as a result of the loss of my precious mother, and another unique woman in my life. They passed on within two months of just one another.
Every time a person we really like passes away, all of us should grieve; generally there is no way to stop it. Everyone must experience this sadness together with heartache in their own individual way. My own remedy was writing.I decided to move for a while using the services of Kent removals, so i could reflect better and do what i loved most.
Just after losing those I adored, it felt almost like something was preventing my pain and guarding me from the cruelty and despair associated with death. To the present day, For me it had been the Holy Spirit encouraging me through one of many difficulty in my life. Many of You choose to refer to it as something different, but I do believe it had been the Holy Spirit. In a little while, the reality of the demise emerge and Together with absolutely no option but to undergo the next step involving losing someone you adore, the grieving process.
At age sixy-one, I sat at my laptop or computer; I did start to write, and I began to pick up well. I commenced writing a book without the total appreciation of some tips i was coming into. I did not stop to contemplate the number of hours that i would so willingly acquire for it, nor did I stop to believe there is an appropriate method of doing the work, all I do know was I had to write. It often was down-right physically, mentally, along with emotionally painful; in other cases, I felt tuckered out of every once of power within my body. Sometimes, the feeling of meaning and my most treasured morals about living ended up being challenged.
It had clearly virtually zero timeline when I was required to end; and absolutely no one could specify in my opinion when it will be concluded. It required quite a long time; not only a day, not a month, not just one full year, but two full years.
In addition to the most important three pages of my book, I didn't come with an order, or a plot to follow, I simply needed to write. I even designed a imaginary buffer around me and also did not want anybody to find out more just what I used to be writing, other than my husband. This was all made possible when i decided to move using man and van. It was amazing how my stuffs were carefully handled and my security being assured!
The more often I wrote, the higher I wish to to generate. Writing provided an avenue to cry, to laugh, and also have an adventure. Unknowingly, I saw it assemble my own, personal support group using the personas inside my story. Personally, it had become a safe place to express my sentiments and work through my suffering. I additionally found an effective way that i can commenorate those I loved.

Play Poker Online For Free And Win With This Simple Easy Poker Method
You must have heard of the KISS concept but have you ever thought about how to apply it in complex poker games? In this free poker online lesson you'll learn how. Traditionally it means "Keep It Simple Stupid" meaning don't be stupid by being overcomplicated as then you make stupid mistakes, but in poker there are, I believe, 2 further and very relevant interpretations.
The first alternative, one that is very relevant for free poker games players, is Keep It Simple against Stupid Players, ok we add the "against" but it works! Secondly, Keep It Simple and Straightforward if you're up against not so stupid players!
At free online poker sites like NoPayPOKER you will find the good, bad and stupid, though maybe a few more of the latter 2 than at say a $1000 buy in table in Monaco!
For example, with A-10 in hand would you have the courage to play against a clearly good player with the flop showing A-8-3? No problem if it's a free poker game but what if it's a really big game with a lot of money on the table?
Your options are to simply call again and again or you might bet and pray he does not play strong. Why? Because if he's a strong player, you can put him on A-K, or an Ace with a stronger kicker. If he moves all-in, you know what to do. Scamper, and wait until you have the A-K, or maybe a Set.
Here you are set to thinking. Does he really have A-K? Or is is only J-J that he's daring enough to take to the showdown but won't call a large raise with? Or maybe 8-7, because he believes my bet on the Flop is just a continuation bet and he calls?
But against five or six weak players, you may have to ask the same questions five to six times. Has he really got ?-? (for Player one). Has he really got ?-? (for Player 2)?Or just ?-? (for Player 3)?and so on, until your mind is now drained, and you are finally knocked out with someone holding an A-8.
Let us look at another situation now, with a Board of 5-6-J-Q-8.
You have K-Q. A strong player probably has A-Q or K-K, or J-10, or something special, like 7-4 (usually suited). You might as well fold your K-Q at the end, or just call a small bet at the river. But at least you can put your strong opponent into a hand or into a few hands.
But with 5 or 6 poorer players you must be careful. They may have the hands above, but because they're weak, there will be more add-ons, like 8-5, J-5, Q-8, or even Q-5, all of which will add to the possibility of your K-Q being beaten.
In such a case why not call a small bet at the river (because with many callers you are getting good pot odds to make the call). Then if one of them goes all-in, it's a strong signal. Fold that K-Q. What hand might they be moving all-in with? If the player's strong, you may have a clue. But with weaker or stupid players you just can't tell at all.
Why go to war if you don't know what you are trying to beat?
A strong player is willing to play more stronger hands than weaker ones. He is willing to play A-K more often than A-8 in his life, although frequency of play is no clue to how he plays specific hands. He remains unpredictable. But you will expect him to fold A-8 more often than A-K.
But weak players don't know what hands they are playing. They will play J-5 as readily as A-K. So, when playing with them, because you can't put them into a hand because they don't even know theirs, just show them a good enough hand. A Two-Pair or higher, more desirably. In the A-10 example above, you'll be happy with 3-3. In the second, I wish you have the 7-4 or the 10-9 before you act rashly.
And, unless you are just messing about in a free online poker don't attempt any fancy manoeuvres like all-in bluffs.
In the 5-6-J-Q-8 Board, don't move all-in with A-K. Even with just two weak opponents, they will just readily call you with K-Q as much as with 6-4, J-9, or even 3-3. They don't know the difference between them.
If they have something, they will be willing to take it along to death. So make your something stronger than their something, and take it to their death instead. No bluffs. No calling of suspected bluffs.
So remember to KISS! Keep it Simple or Straightforward against good players and Keep it Simple against Stupid Players!

Free Poker Online Lesson On How To Play Backdoor Draws
No matter what game type, be it free poker online or high stakes, the backdoor draw whenever you miss the draw on the Flop but make it on the Turn. In this free poker online article you'll learn, by way of examples how to best play backdoor draws.
Backdoor Draw Sample
Lets say you have 8-7 and the flop comes 5-A-J. There is no Straight draw as you need 2 cards to complete it.
But if a 4, a 6 or a 9 shows at the Turn then that is the backdoor straight draw which you can hope on the river. If you complete your Straight on the river then you have a backdoor Straight (you can also have made hands like backdoor Flushes or Trips or Full Houses, by the way).
Lets assume we have 8-7, then the flop shows 5-A-J. In most situations if we have nothing at the Flop stage that might make a complete hand at the turn we fold.
But what about if you check and a conservative opponent decides to check his, say, A-10 or A-9? You then check, too (just as normally). If the Six (or Four or Nine) still doesn't come then our options are to just retreat or bluff.
But it's also possible to call in this situation. Imagine that the pot is 200 (blinds 10-20), only two of us are in the pot, and that he is first to act and bets only 25. The bet will swell the pot size to 225, and we are getting 9-to-1 on a call here.
We might call, so we could get a chance at even just a draw.
Also, it is also possible that when he bet his 25 he might be attempting to push you out of the pot with a small bluff but it doesn't change matters. Just call so you can have a chance at a backdoor draw.
And, note, don't show you are a weak player by folding to some bunk bluff. Folding in a 500 pot after a 30 bet? Now that is not just cowardice. It's senselessness.
If the Six, Four or Nine appears, the time has come to find out whether we shall still carry on. Usually we hope he plays conservatively and we hit our free Straight on the river.
Returning to the above mentioned situation: What about if at the already 250 pot, he bets 200? Fold. 100? Fold, or call, if you feel like calling.
To get a gutshot draw we're about 11-to-1 hitting our Straight; to have an up-and-down Straight draw, about 5 1/2-to-1. So if he bets 100, the pot is 350, and on a call we get 3 1/2-to-1.
It may still not be the right price, but if you feel like calling, call the 100 bet if it's up-and-down. If it is a Gutshot then fold. 50 or lower? You have 6 to 1 (300 pot, 50 to call); which makes the pot odds good for an up-and-down Straight draw, so go ahead and call. Not quite for a gutshot.
But you may also call like, you're representing A-K and you can make a move on the river.
Next, should you get the Straight at the river it is time to play aggressive. Usually he will put you on a made hand one the Flop (maybe your "weak" call indicated that you have second Pair, say, J-10 or even third Pair, such as if you have K-5 or Q-5; or even a Broadway draw with K-Q or Q-10)
But we completed a Straight that contains the Eight and the Seven, and he has hardly any clue about it! Why? Because you called on the Flop, and unless he is a strong player and knows about it, that call may indicate a made hand! If he bets, raise (maybe a raise for value that will not scare him off), or if he checks, bet large.
If it is not looking good!
If you don't hit the straight bail out.
Or, it may be that on the Turn, you called with the intention of representing A-K and then making a move on the river just play this fast, and only if you can afford it. If it is just a smaller bet, you could call, but only in order to get information. Muck as fast as you can.
That is, if you do go and chase the backdoor draw; if, say, you can afford it with your chip stack. As a rule, do not chase cards! Chasing, alongside going Tilt is a thing that losing players do most.
Or don't pursue a backdoor draw with the intention of chasing. Usually you should be on the offensive by bluffing; on the above example, he may even fold the A-10 if he checked and you bet substantially. Just treat the Straight as angel's grace.

Online Poker Free Guide To Why, When And How To Play The Board Scaring Bluff
In this play poker online for free article you'll learn why it can be good to bluff on a paired board like 8-8-Q or K-K-6, 5-6-7-8 or Ac-Kc-5c-8c. For the first 2 example boards it's due to the mere idea of you having an 8 or K being enough to scare them off. Simply that, just the thought of it!
So if you bet strongly, you change your opponents mindset. They will think you must have an 8 or K even if you don't and may well fold their A-Q, for example.
On my 8-8-Q, my opponent will be if I have that 8 : If I've got the 8 and they have A-Q they are near on dead in the water. Only another Queen is going to help him make a better Full house and win.
If he had J-10 his calls (after his checks) will be very reluctant because he can complete a hand only from a gutshot, and that is unfavourable for him. Moreover, if he completes the Straight on the 8-8-9-Q board, I might have 9-8 (which no one knows if I have) for a Full House which will demolish his Straight.
So my bluff will work for the 8-8-Q. As for the K-K-6, my bluff is fine too as the players always imagine that you play big cards a lot more than small ones, and one of these could be a King (which, again, no-one knows if I have), and very few will be courageous to continue with a Six, because I can batter him two more times.
Now for the other two Boards.
Should the Flop comes 5-6-7 and I put my opponent on 7-6 (as a result of, maybe, a bet or a raise) I can call. Because if the 8 comes I'll bet strongly, even though I don't have the Nine, because his strong play on the Flop may imply he has a made hand already, now on the Turn, just one card can destroy him, and he'd better be careful.
And if he had a Nine he should have checked or called only on the Flop, while he has just a gutshot.
The same idea also is true of the Flush board. Furthermore, if the opponent is a strong player and he has, say, 6c-x (maybe 6c-5c while he is a strong player who plays connectors), on a board like Ac-Kc-5c-8c, they have still reason to be scared, and a strong bet can drive him off.
Why? Due to the fact his Flush kicker is only the 6c, and you might well have 7c or more, even if you don't, or even if you don't have a Club. His Flush is good only for call-calling or check-checking, not for strong betting, raising, or all-ins.
Once you know which boards are ideal to bluff, you can steal lots of pots. What if all your aggressive play is finally recognized? Say, 9-9-6 comes. You raise heavily again. The other guy now thinks your aggressive plays are simply bluffs, so he plays back.
Now you get paid off more handsomely because you have the 9-8 or A-9.
But suppose you're the one put into a decision with the A-Q on an 8-8-Q board? Say you bet, then he raises heavily. If you call, you might as well be all-in on the Turn, because you're nearly out of chips.
So you have to decide whether to move all-in now. Should you?
Should you have A-Q, you have Queens up, top kicker (Ace), and you certainly can hope that he has only a little pocket pair (say 10-10), a draw (say J-10), or Q-x (x is a lower kicker), and you can move all-in. If you're scared of him having the Eight, make him also be scared of your potentially having it, too. Even if no one has the Eight.
Or you can move all-in first making him fold (unless you suddenly have that read on him, or he is a poor player playing loads of rowdy hands).

Free Poker Online Guide To When And How To Move All In With King-High
Typically when we're short on chips and getting desperate in a cash or free poker online tourney we start to look for an Ace-something and move all in and hope! A lot of players will go for it with AK, AQ, in some cases even as low as A4.
At worst, if someone with A-4 is called with the medium Pair, there is still one overcard. With A-K you can be called by Ace-lower whilst still being be a significant favorite.
So players running out of chips have a tendency to wait for Ace-something before they move all-in. While the Ace element gives them assurance, the likelihood is that someone will call them with Ace-higher and make them a significant underdog. Furthermore, if the purpose is to move all-in, why not try the same move with King-something (preferably suited)?
The trend for tournament players today has altered slightly in favor of moving all-in with King-something, like K-Q, K-J, K-10 (needless to say, the applications here apply also to A-K) and even K-x suited. Other players will also call using a smaller pocket Pair, and so A-x has the same possibility of winning as K-x against a smaller Pair if both cards are overcards.
And K-x has an additional benefit. While a hand like A-5 is a major underdog against A-J, K-Q or K-5 is just a slight underdog.
Approximately, it is a 13 to 7 underdog, but match it up to A-5 which is a 15 to 5 (or 3-1) underdog. What you want to fetch with K-x is its live card value.
While using A-5, you have to hit the Five in order to pair and take the lead. With K-5, you may have both King and Five pairing.
Should you extend your all-in hand range to include K-x, you might have to move all-in more than ever before. Because many players will fold to an all-in (including marginal high A-x for example A-10 or A-9) other players at the table will receive a more aggressive impression of your play.
Additionally you can steal the blinds more often. The all-in itself (and not really the cards used to move all-in) is an indication of strength; it's the same with A-x or K-x.
All in all, if you're running out of chips and the all in approach beckons don't limit yourself to just Ace-x, think about the King too, it might just make your day!
So why not check out the King High approach on the free online poker tables first, get used to it and then apply in more high risk poker games later.
Hopefully this was interesting and helps your poker game be it free online poker or for cash. Certainly it will demonstrate that in a given poker game situation there are options to consider based on the cards you've got, the game stage, opposition and known and estimated risk to name but a few.
If you're not used to this approach then undoubtedly the best way to succeed is always to practice a LOT on free online poker sites such as http://www.NoPayPOKER.com and ONLY when you are winning consistently move up to actual money stakes.

How To Play Poker For Beginners Lesson On Using The Poker Call To Maximum Effect
Calling is one of the most underestimated and incorrectly executed moves in both free poker games and cash Texas Hold em poker games.
Players who call too often are looked down on and named "calling stations", though the fact is it's not because they call that they lose their chips so often. The lose because they do not call at the right times and places.
During this free poker online article, we'll explain to you by way of example the way you use calling in poker correctly.
Are there right reasons for calling?
The reasons for calling often crossover with those used by more aggressive players for betting. Here are some example situations where you may use the poker call.
- One example is, if you have A-K in a board of 10-3-K-7-8, when you are first to act, you bet; you don't check and call.
- You value-bet. However, when you are not first to act, what do you do if someone else bets?
- Do you raise? Here, good betting reasons are not so good raising reasons. As you still have a hand you don't raise but neither do you fold.
The rule now, for the above hand, is:
- If you're first to act, you bet.
- If you're not first to act, and someone bets, call an amount less than or equal to the amount you intend to bet should you be the first to act.
- When the amount is greater, you fold. This rule applies only when you've got a hand.
- Without a hand, like just Ace-high, you bet, however, you fold to a bet.
- Don't call with Ace-high (unless from curiosity).
Let’s try another hand.
You have 8-7 in a Flop of K-6-9. You can check-call, but you can also bet. Now, betting is considered the better option, because you can make your opponent fold; after all, your hand is incomplete.
- Should you check-call, however (or call a bet), you may send a message to your opponent that you're most likely on a draw, and then your opponent may keep bullying you later.
- Nevertheless, you want to complete a powerful hand, so you call.
- Just be sure you have the pot odds to call, however.
- If your opponent continues bullying you when you complete the Straight, you can raise.
Now, in another hand, you have A-6 in a Flop of 9-6-2.
- Since the flop comes small cards, anyone with big cards will fold to a bet.
- You can bet those 6's. Or you can call, especially if your opposing player ended the hand right there with A-Q.
- You could call, and later, if your opponent keeps working you with small bets, you may call each small bet, because your odds are still satisfactory.
- Furthermore, you may pair your kicker or your Six if you call.
Finally, if you have Q-Q in a Flop of Q-10-10, you've got your opponent dead.
If your opponent bets, and you raise, the chances are greater that your opponent will fold than not.
- This is because although your opponent might have A-Q, it is not likely as you know there are three Queens already out.
- Also an extra Ten is less likely for a similar reason.
- Your opponent might have K-J or A-K (for a useless Straight draw) or a Flush completer.
Give the opposing players openings to finish their hands, this way you hope to tempt more action from them. If your opponent completes the Straight or the Flush later, then you have the upper hand. So just call, and call, until everyone escalates.
This also applies if you feel your opponent has the spare Queen or Ten. You can let your opponent just bet and bet through to the river, where he thinks you might be calling as you just had a Queen or a small Pair, so at the river you may move your chips in.
Now, what's flawed with calling stations' calling beliefs?
- To start with: they call even with the pot odds against their favor. They normally chase inside Straight draws and so they lose their chips in the long run if they keep doing this.
- Secondly: they call big bets with small, but marginal, hands even if they understand they are beat. In a flop of 9-6-2 above, A-6 may call, but only if your opponents' bets are small. But when in front of a large bet, fold A-6 because you may not win against 9-x if you cannot pair your kicker or turn Trips.
Calling stations will be the ones always calling with small pocket Pairs in the presence of overcards.
- Thirdly: they normally believe that every player is bluffing so they are usually tempted to call even with Ace-high. Quite simply, they call a bluff or something that seems like a bluff.
I hope these examples have helped you understand the poker call better. When you play try to look for similar situations where you can apply the call artfully and be aware of when not to use it.

Free Poker Online Guide To How To Beat Maniac Snow Shovers
What do I mean by a maniacal snow-shover? The snow shover is one of those players who goes all in all the time. These players can be from free poker online tables upto WSOP level but are a particular menace to good fun if you play poker online for free in particular.
On free poker online they can ruin it for us players who are trying to play an intelligent game as they know there is no risk of real loss so they move all in with hands as bad as 2-7 and now and again by cause of remote probability they win (and claim that as proof of poker being only luck)
In free poker games of all types they are annoying. However, when you come across them in short-handed cash Sit and Go tournaments they can be a serious danger to your stack. When the blinds are high (the average stack is just ten big blinds) they move all-in every hand and the others fold. If this tactic succeeds in consecutive turns then they can achieve a big chip advantage.
The main problem is that maniacal snow-shovers are hard to beat.
1) First, whenever they move all-in, because they do it so frequently, you can't know what they are holding.
2) Sometimes it may be 7-2, sometimes 5-5, sometimes, even A-A.
3) When you decide to call them, it's one of those. And 'one of these' translates to, 'I don't know.'
In five-person Sit and Gos, handling maniacal snow-shovers is simple.
1) When they shove all-in every hand, there are three others, one of whom might have a quality hand (or great hand) to call with.
2) The Snow Shover will be eliminated should this happen. (If I have a perfect calling hand I would be the one to do it.)
3) Or the Snow Shover, with some stroke of extraordinary luck, may knock out one of the other players.
The other players will have a hard time managing the Snow Shover who now has a pyramid of chips to throw bricks with, and I can now afford to play conservatively.
1) I'll wait until I have A-A, K-K (or even just A-K or A-Q) so I can double up over the Snow Shover.
2) Or I will wait until the Snow Shover is knocked out by the other players, or until the Snow Shover knocks out the other players, then we will be heads up with the Snow Shover.
Basially then what this is super tight aggressive play. Because nearly all action here takes place preflop, forget the connectors and weak Aces.
1) Forget small pairs that could be underdogs up against the K-10 or Q-9 the Snow Shover may drop onto you.
2) Wait for a hand where you stand no less than a 70% favorite preflop (tight), then when you have it, put your chips in the center (aggressive).
When you're down to the final two (you and the Snow Shover, which usually occurs when you play tight and there's an Snow Shover in play), the Snow Shover usually is leading in chips.
1) Heads-up, your weak Aces (A-8 below) and even K-x will be effective. Your K-x is equally as powerful as A-x if the Snow Shover decides to call you with Q-x.
2) You simply can't afford to wait for the big hands because here, the blinds are overeating you now.
3) Shove even with 5-4 or with 10-7. If you get called and you are the underdog, you've still got two live cards.
Against an Snow Shover heads up, play as an Snow Shover, but fold obviously weak hands.
1) When you fold those weak hands, typically you will have a better hand range than the other guy, so you have the better chance of winning even if you start with the smaller stack.
2) You cannot and won't beat them all the time but if you follow this advice and play tight aggressive poker you are going to beat them more often than not and in poker more often than not is good enough make you decent money.
Keep in mind that learning to play good poker is not an overnight job, it will take you a while to rise above the all in mob. But the reward is that you will be be among the maybe 10% of poker players who really can play poker well and that means you get to extract lots of money from snow shoving maniacs. The job how then is to be patient and practice hard, make lots of use of free poker game sites, they will save you money and also expose you to a lot of snow shovers.

Dirty And Clean Online Casinos
There are a lot of online casinos and some of them are what I call clean and others aren’t. Some casinos are what I like to call clean, they advertise themselves really honestly, but others don’t do this.
One example of a very dirty casino is 21Nova casino. There are lots of advertising cons that they are into, like when people are told that there is lots of easy money to be made when there clearly is not at all.
They are also a very slow paying casino; withdrawals via Moneybookers will take 4-6 days which is too long. There are many others like 21Nova; I don’t how these casinos retain their players which such slow payment times.
Casino Tropez is another example of a bad casino. Just a simple online search will bring back reports of their players not getting paid. Casino Tropez are also involved countless promotion scams, just like 21Nova.
One of the fairest casinos that I’ve found is 32Red Casino I’ve never seen them in a fraudulent promotion. They have very quick payment times of 24 hours and they also have in house customer support which can be hard to find.
There are also a lot of company addresses listed on their website to show who they work with. They even have biographies of their main members of staff. This is not normally something that an online casino would do, they normally just take your money and that is the end of it.
Totesport are another rally good casino that I like and they are UK based too. The online casino they have isn’t the greatest out there but it is still worth a mention and should be visited more. The graphics are of a good quality and the payout times are fast too.
Other decent casinos worth a mention are Bet365, Circus Casino and Ladbrokes. It is best to do some digging around to find a good online casino, as there are so many bad ones out there which will make them difficult to find.

The Dirty And The Clean Online Casinos
There are a lot of online casinos and some of them are what I call clean and others aren’t. By clean I mean that way in which they advertise themselves, some are honest and other are deceptive.
An example of a casino that isn’t so good is one called 21Nova. There are lots of advertising cons that they are into, like when people are told that there is lots of easy money to be made when there clearly is not at all.
Another issue with 21Nova is that if you withdraw via Moneybookers, then you will have to wait 4-6 days before you get your money. Lots of casinos treat players in a similar way to this, it is a wonder to me why these casinos can keep players on.
Casino Tropez is another example of a bad casino. Just a simple online search will bring back reports of their players not getting paid. Like 21Nova they’re involved in multiple fraudulent promotions and they also have slow payment times.
One of the fairest casinos that I’ve found is 32Red Casino I’ve never seen them in a fraudulent promotion. Their payment times are really quick to, up to 24hours wait, and their customer support team is based in house.
32Red also list their company details on their site such as address and registration numbers. Each important member of staff is also listed on this website too and there is a biography for each one which is great. Details like this are not normally given on casino websites so you have no idea what is happening to your money.
Also a good casino is one called Totesport who are from the UK. The online casino they have isn’t the greatest out there but it is still worth a mention and should be visited more. The graphics are of a good quality and the payout times are fast too.
Other decent casinos worth a mention are Bet365, Circus Casino and Ladbrokes. It’s certainly worth taking the time to find fair and honest casinos rather than playing at the first one you find which might turn out to be a bad one.

Free Poker Sites Guide To How To Manipulate Other Players And Steal The Pot
You may play $1000 Buy in, you may play free poker games but what you do not do is just play your cards. You are also playing with or rather you are attempting to influence the other players at the table so that they do what you want. The desired end result of course is that they give you money!
There are two elements in this. On your side you are trying to read your opponent, classify their style, of play, motivations and actions and play your cards in accordance with your conclusions.
On the opposing player side you are trying to play them to increase the degree of error with which they classify your style of play, motivations and actions.
To learn how to do this lets look at an example of playing the player in action from a WSOP event.
BLINDS 50k/100k
1) A has Ac-Qh raises 350k
2) B is on big blind, has Kc-Js, calls 230k (Pot 880k)
K-J is usually a bit weak to call a raise. Moreover, B doesn’t have position over A, but he calls because he wants A to guess.
From the big blind, generally we just call because we are on a discount, so we might have 6-5, 10-8, and a bunch of other indeterminate hands which require guessing.
FLOP 4d-5h-3d
B bets 535k
Because small cards fell, B now wants A to think that his call from the big blind hit the Flop, and that his hand may well include those indeterminate hands like 5-4, 8-5, or even 6-7, or two Diamonds. But what did A think?
A raises to 1.8m (Pot 3.215m)
B needs 1.265m to call
Here, A thought that B’s bet was just a continuation bet, and with small cards falling A’s belief is reinforced that B is just trying to finish the hand. How would small cards likely hit B?
Additionally, B has been playing aggressively all night (stealing pots, etc.) so B could be betting with something (which is not likely with small cards falling) or with nothing. B could be playing just about anything, especially from the big blind.
At that point, A gambled that B has nothing. He could also have assessed that if B had something and goes all in later then he can move out fast. So he raised to try B’s strength.
B folds
B folds, because, indeed, he has nothing, and if he calls, he will be committed to continue. (Had B moved all-in then it will be a good all-in, for A could still be guessing at this point what B’s hand was. But B’s cards were not strong enough.)
Also, he folds, because A raised from late position, which allows for a wider range of hands, like even 5-4 or two Diamonds.
Poker, indeed, is not simply a game of good hands versus good hands. Experienced poker players will win with bad hands under the right conditions.
We give credit to B for first trying to win with a bad hand, a good effort to play he player. Unfortunately for B, A did the playing the player task superbly too, having noted previous actions and motivations and related that to current con text and probability and so played out to win well.
Summary
I know this may seem like a lot to take in all at once, the fact is though that while poker is an easy game to learn it is hard to be very good at, hence the crazy stupid "chip flinging" you will come across on many poker sites.
Yes it is mad that so many players play with so little skill, but it is also very good news for you as a player who is learning to play correctly. That's because once you learn to play poker at an above average level and combat the "all-in-all the time" maniacs then you can take them apart in coldly calculated genocide anytime you like in low stakes money games and when you play free poker that pays real cash such as that found at www.NoPayPOKER.com.

Free Online Poker Guide To Winning With A Big Hand
In this free poker tips guide you will learn how to recognize and play the poker hand known as the "Big Hand".
The point of poker hand reconstruction is to learn how to play poker better by understanding how the hand works.
Then you can relate this to the context of play. From here you can begin to determine the motives of the other players for their actions, based on the cards that fell, your betting patterns, their player types, their chip stacks, the pot size, and many other factors.
The result I hope is that you can play that type of hand better in the future and win more money!
For this poker hand analysis we will examine the "Big Hand"
BLINDS 1,000/2,000 - (Pot 5,400)
PREFLOP:
A has Js-9s, calls 2,000
B has Ks-Kc, raises to 14,000
A calls 12,000 (Pot 33,400)
A just initially calls, hoping that there will also be many callers because he has suited connectors and wants to get sufficient pot odds.
B, meanwhile, may interpret the call from early position as A-A or Q-Q, and because he has a big stack (the two are the biggest stacks in the table) he can afford to raise a little bit, because if the other player reraises and he thinks the other one has A-A, he can fold.
Plus, K-K is a little bit more shaky if an Ace falls on the flop, so this can work as a tester raise. A calls, he has a larger stack so he can afford the risk.
FLOP: Kh-9d-Kd
A checks
B checks (Pot 33,400)
Suddenly B has Quad Kings! A checks, because he has only a Nine, and can proceed carefully if B bets. B, hoping to conceal his unbeatable hand, checks too.
Paired boards are generally good bluffing situations. One example is, a 8-8-3 board will work for bluffing because on a, say, J-7-3 board, there are three cards which can pair one of them, and a bluff will be less effective.
But on the 8-8-3 board, bluffing has big benefits because there are only two cards which will conceivably help anyone, and also anyone there with a Three will be less likely to call. (Only an Eight will do.)
However with a board with bigger cards like our Flop, B may have bet, but after that, A will be less likely to put him on a bluff (and more likely on a made hand) because he may have, say, K-10, and we play big cards more than small ones.
B doesn’t want A to back out of the pot. So B just checks.
Also, with two Diamonds B will want to check in the hope that A will put him on a flush draw so that if the flush doesn’t come, A will bet or raise to push B away, and B can gain extra chips.
TURN: Kh-9d-Kd-5h
A checks
B bets 20,000
A raises to 70,000
B calls 50,000 (Pot 173,400)
B still has invincible Quads, A still has Two-Pair. B could have now put A on the Nine or a draw, so B bets 20,000 so that A will call.
But since during the flop B may have represented a Diamond flush draw in A’s perspective, A raised to 70,000 so that B will move away.
B just calls, because there are two draws already, and B may want to represent one of them again so that A will attempt another bluff on the river.
RIVER: Kh-9d-Kd-5h-9h
A checks
B moves all-in 106,000 (Pot 279,300)
A folds
B still has Quads, but A is now in trouble because he has a bottom Full House. A King can kill him.
What A is hoping, though, is that B back-doored a Heart Flush and just check it along with him.
But B moves all-in. That is a very intriguing move by B. A powerful player would value-bet this (sat, 40,000 on a pot of 173,400) and A can just call it.
It is OK to represent a Flush here, because the board is double-paired, which can destroy Flushes because the board is just one card off a Full House.
So what I am thinking is: B moved all-in because (1) he wanted A to think they may have the same hand or that his hand is weaker, like a Flush. B’s play on the Flop and the Turn was weak, so A might not have put B on a King but likely on the Flush draw we are talking about.
B wants a call. B now hopes that A backdoored a Flush too and also that he thinks his all-in is just a bluff, but A is in trouble due to the sudden strong play.
It was psychologically jarring.
Did B hide that King or not? A may think that better hands could come later, so he folds.
Also (2) B might not want a showdown; he did not want to show the two Kings; he wanted to trouble the minds of A and other opponents.
If they saw how he played K-K it will be added information. He wants to have them guessing.
You have to play more unpredictably so you can gain chips later than to gain chips now, but be unable to get some later. I believe this is a brilliant reason.
Summary of the Big Hand
It takes time to learn how to play poker online or offline at a level above the unthinking, uneducated "chip flinging" seen at many tables.
Ironically the fact that so many players inhabit this dumb donk zone is great news for you. The reason why is that when you really learn how to play poker well you can turn mercenary and hunt them down in droves in low stakes real money games as well play free poker sites that pay out real money like NoPayPOKER and happily build your skills and bankroll!
To make this work first, learn to play poker for free on free poker sites tables where you can learn while you lose but without losing real money, then once ready to can move up to low stakes and start to get rich!

Knowing Where To Find Custom Wood Picture Frames
If you were to look at the architectural designs of temples or cathedrals of many, many years ago, then you may notice the entrance ways actually appeared to "frame" the interior of the building.
This was done strictly as a way to make the building more aesthetically appealing, as functionality played no part in the design. Soon afterwards, people decided to begin framing art with wood picture frames by molding painted plaster onto a plain wooden base.
The wood picture frame made its more formal debut after being laboriously carved by artists in order to display their art rather than relying on plaster to enhance the frames.
They became more ornate as the artists would embellish them by using the materials that were available, such as gold and silver.
By that time, the frames were almost as highly regarded as the artwork they bordered and many times were as expensive as the art itself.
The design of the picture frames actually reflected the personal inspirations of the different furniture makers and wood carvers that sometimes resulted in the frames becoming very expensive.
By the 18th century new picture framing equipment was developed that helped to significantly reduce the amount of time needed to make a frame. However, some feel that these types of innovations caused the cheapening of frames, as they could be produced more quickly and with low cost materials.
Many frame makers began using molds that they filled with wood composite in order to stretch the amount of framing supplies needed. Many of the traditional artisans continued to produce a more custom picture frame that was carved from high quality wood by hand.
But, with the automated technological advances being made, it soon became clear that producing them by machine rather than hand was far less expensive and time consuming.
Of course, if you look hard enough you will find that there are some metal picture frames that are still carved in the traditional manner by hand. If you are looking for a glass picture frame, then a good place to start is at arts and crafts fairs.
Many times there will be a booth set up by the seller to not only sell framing supplies, but to allow you to watch one being carved.
Swap meets or flea markets are both great places to check, as it may not be known that a particular frame is hand carved and as such you may get a great bargain.

Tips On How To Get Rid Of World Of Warcraft Addiction
Role-playing games appeared as a separate computer games style in the beginning in 1990’s. It was a real furor and people rushed to buy their CDs in order to join the fantastic virtual world, where they could communicate and spend a great time. With the course of time, role-playing games turned into a sort of addiction, absorbing more and more people, who were incapable of breaking out from the virtual prison. World of Warcraft became such a prison in 2004, immediately after I was released. If reading these lines you recognize yourself, we can give you several recommendations on how to get rid of addiction and either quit playing or play without feeling unhappy after you turn your computer off.
1. Try not to pay much attention to quests and don’t worry about them. If you cannot do this or that quest, don’t feel annoyed or distressed, just find a WoW guide in the Internet and follow step-by-step instructions on quest passing. You’ll see, it will help you to feel much better and relieved. Kill monsters without feeling satisfaction, do it like any of your habitual actions. It is not going to be a simple task, but after a number of self-training courses, you will obviously succeed.
2. Do quests where you have never done them before. Try to feel as much boredom as possible. Don’t choose quick and effective quests, choose the ones that are long and boring.
3. If you have never used grinding and mining to get gold, use them! Waste as much time and possible and do everything to make your leveling more difficult and tiresome.
4. Avoid making friends. Note, that most people playing Warcraft days and nights have no other things to do and tend to live with relatives. You don’t want to have such friends, right? So, don’t. Having friends in the World is one more reason why people are tempted to go back to their computers. It is the intercommunication and competition between people that lead them back to Warcraft.
5. Persuade yourself that you are too good to communicate with all these people, who are either potential or real losers, because they don’t understand what they do. You are the one, who does understand the essence of the Warcraft and you can enjoy it whenever you want without addiction. Repeat this statement several times a day in order to believe in it.
6. Swear like a trooper every time you meat a representative of the rival clan or any other living person playing Warcraft. It will make them skirt you. It is just what you need!
These simple tips can help you to get rid of Warcraft addiction and teach you to play truly enjoying the process.

Internet Radio Station Caters Fresh, New Music To Listeners
Once you hear why I admit I am addicted to the Internet and spend way too much online, you will totally understand. You might get addicted yourself too! Online Radio
Have you ever listened to an Internet radio? It is the ability to listen to music online through an Internet radio station. IMRadio.com is my favorite. No matter what I have going on in my life - homework, chores around the house, snuggling with my dog or flopping across my bed just to daydream, I always have it on in the background.
The musical selections in my town are pretty lame. What I meant was my parents are happy with the choices on the radio and just listen to country music. Since my younger sister is a Disney Freak, she is constantly glued in front of the TV and sings along with Hannah Montana or the Jonas Brothers. Let alone anyone in this house, I just can't stand that no one in this town understands me.
I don't consider myself a musician but I write a lot of poetry. Until I discover someone to team up with, my dream about my words becoming the lyrics to songs someday isn't going to happen. Someone with great musical talent.
My parents think I'm just being lazy when I lay across my bed with my ear buds on, listening to IMRadio.com. I treat the time I spend sampling the different songwriters and bands who have posted their audio files in this site as a real investment for my future. The things that I hear and like are noted. I also take note of the things I hear that I don't like. I find someone who might be a potential musical partner for me, so I look up their page and see if they live close enough to me to get in touch and see about making some music together.
I expect it will happen although I haven't found the perfect person so far. There are so many new artists posting their work at IMRadio.com each week that I stay pretty busy sifting through them to see who I like.
The amount of raw talent on this web site is unbelievable. Uploading their work for free radio airplay was made easy for songwriters and bands. Even poets and comedians upload their files too, which really inspires me. I am in the process of recording some of my poems so I can go through the process of uploading them. It will be such a kick to hear myself on Internet radio! Poets

So how can you figure what type of poker you are best at? It might not be that clear at first. You obviously need to try your hand at both, but here are a few suggestions that may help you to figure it out.
Should You Focus On Cash Games?
If you're a patient player who looks to play only in clear +EV situations, then you may prefer cash games. Full-ring games are all about waiting for premium starting hands and extracting the most value from them in the most favourable situation possible. Thus, cash games are good for players who don't deal with variance very well.
The biggest mistake a beginning cash game player can make is playing too many hands. You don't want to commit too many chips in marginal situations.
The opposite can seem to be true in the late to middle stages of a tournament.
Should You Focus On Poker Tournaments
It is correct to play tight in the early stages of a tournament, but once the blinds start to escalate you'll need to loosen up your starting requirements. Once you're low on chips, you'll need to look to move all-in to survive. You may also need to put yourself in situations that may –EV in certain occasions. If you're one of the big stacks, it's also correct to start playing looser to bully the other players. It's all about accumulating chips to either survive or thrive in tournaments. It's not for the faint of heart or those who can't deal with variance.
The biggest mistake a beginning tournament player can make is not pushing all-in enough when they get low on chips. Because the price of blinds increase as the tournament goes on, your chip stack can easily get whittled away.
Tight players can't win tournaments.
Poker Game Specialization Conclusion
If tight is right for you, you would be best served to focus on playing cash games. However, if you're an action junkie, you should consider concentrating on tournaments. That being said, a tight style can work for tournaments with a few adjustments and a loose style in cash games can be profitable under certain circumstances.
